While we strive to provide support and opportunities for individuals seeking to rebuild their lives after involvement with the justice system, we also believe in upholding the principles of accountability and responsibility. We firmly maintain that individuals who have committed crimes must fully adhere to the laws of society and fulfill their obligations to the justice system before they can participate in our program.
The safety and well-being of our community are paramount, and we take our responsibility to uphold public safety seriously. As such, our program operates within the framework of the law, and individuals must meet specific eligibility criteria and undergo screening processes to participate.
Please note that we reserve the right to decline participation to individuals who do not meet our program's eligibility criteria or screening requirements, as outlined in our mandate.
The ORA is committed to providing training opportunities to individuals affected by the justice system and those from marginalized communities. However, we reserve the right to refuse any application at our sole discretion. This decision may be based on, but is not limited to, the applicant’s ability to meet the program’s requirements, adherence to application guidelines, and the overall capacity of the program. Our discretion ensures that we maintain the highest standards and effectiveness in delivering our services. By submitting an application, applicants acknowledge and agree to this condition.
